  A fleet-wide DSP and control system upgrade delivered on an unusually tight timeline — under contract in late December, installed halfway around the world in France by late February, with room left over to take on new scope mid-project.

• Celebrity Equinox 2024 Dry Dock

  Full system design, project management, installation, and commissioning for a shipboard DSP replacement and a 24-speaker outdoor sound system — deployed to Cadiz, Spain on a roughly six-week turnaround from contract to install.

• Custom Glulam Bracket

  A custom steel bracket engineered, prototyped, and load-tested to hang a 200 lb speaker from a glulam beam — designed and validated faster than an off-the-shelf part could have shipped.

• Gateway Church of Christ

  Superintendent and commissioning lead for a full new-build AVL(A) system — audio, video, lighting, and acoustics — brought online and verified end to end before handoff.

• Motorized Speaker and Mic Lift

  A precision motorized lift engineered to raise and lower a 200 lb studio monitor into the ceiling in under 9 seconds — fully designed, specified, and priced for a private recording studio, with multiple redundant safety systems built in from the start.

• World Equestrian Center

  Superintendent on a campus-wide fiber optic build-out, personally splicing hundreds of single-mode and multi-mode fiber runs to support AV distribution across the facility.
