Gateway Church of Christ
This was a ground-up build: a full audio, video, lighting, and acoustics (AVLA) system installed as part of new construction, rather than a retrofit. I served as superintendent for the on-site installation, overseeing the work as it came together across the building, and then led commissioning once the system was in place.
Commissioning on a project this size means going through every system — sound reinforcement, video and streaming, control, lighting, and the room's acoustic treatment — and verifying it performs the way it was designed to before calling the job done. It's less visible than the install itself, but it's the step that determines whether everything actually works together on day one.
Project photos coming soon.
